Dear all,

Thank you for the numerous inbox messages!

Captain Oliver's Hotel has been seriously damaged by Irma and is currently closed and not accepting reservations.
Our plan is to come back even better and stronger!

We have been getting numerous refund requests from those of you who had prepaid their stay.


In order to start processing refunds we need to extract the information from our software and connect our credit card machines to a phone line or to the internet.

We do not have electricity as of yet, getting our phone lines and internet connection back will most likely take some time too.

Ceux parmi vous qui avaient prépayé leurs séjours nous ont adressé plusieurs demandes de remboursement.


Nous devons extraire les informations de notre logiciel et connecter nos terminaux carte bleue à une ligne téléphonique ou à un réseau internet afin de pouvoir effectuer ces remboursements.
