Pet Policy

Captain Oliver’s Resort is pet friendly.

Check-In / Checkout Times

Check-in is at 3 pm. For early arrivals, we will do our best to accommodate you and store your luggage. Checkout is at noon. Please consult the front desk if late checkout arrangements are necessary. Late checkouts can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.

Airport Transfers

Airport transfers are included in select packages offered by Captain Oliver's Hotel. If you haven’t booked a package with us, taxis available at the airport. For taxi service from the hotel, simply contact the front desk. Please allow a minimum of 30 minutes for pick-up. Advance notice is recommended.

Guarantee and Cancellation Policies

A credit card number is necessary to guarantee reservations. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

All reservations may be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival. Penalties and exceptions may apply.
